Systems Engineer, Senior (Calibration) is responsible for leading ECU calibration development and vehicle‑level evaluation for AWD/eLSD programs, ensuring on‑time delivery, alignment with customer requirements, and strengthening technical capability to support future business expansion.
+ Support ECU calibration development and vehicle‑level evaluation activities for AWD/eLSD programs, including increased eLSD-applied vehicle projects.
+ Plan and execute vehicle‑level testing to validate performance targets and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
+ Coordinate system integration and calibration activities, securing dedicated ownership aligned with HMC development organizations.
+ Contribute to on-time R&D delivery by improving development efficiency and supporting adherence to project milestones.
+ Collaborate with global teams, customers, and suppliers to communicate development status, resolve issues, and support AWD business expansion.
