We are a $100M+ personal injury law firm scaling nationally—but internally, we operate like a tech startup. We've built serious infrastructure from scratch: an AWS orchestration layer that coordinates HubSpot, PandaDoc, Filevine, Aloware, and CTM with custom queue logic, automated chase sequences, and intelligent lead filtering. This isn't off-the-shelf software stitched together. It's engineered. Now we need someone to help us scale it.

About The Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to own the technical foundation of our intake and GTM systems—integration engineering, automation, and applied AI working together to make lead flow fast, accurate, and intelligent.
