About The Role
We are seeking a
Systems & Integration Lead
to own and manage the integrations, workflows, and reliability of our business technology stack. This is a
mid-senior role
focused on hands-on execution — ensuring that all internal and external systems (POS, CRM, WMS, HR, Finance, Marketing, Collaboration tools) work seamlessly together.

The role is critical to reducing inefficiency, preventing data silos, and enabling smooth operations across the group. The Systems & Integration Lead will work under the
Head of Technology & Systems
, partnering closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing.

• Act as the primary owner for all SaaS and enterprise systems (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, HR/payroll, accounting, marketing automation, etc.).
