Worldwiders Recruitment is looking for a Systems & IT Intern to support our day-to-day IT and systems operations. You’ll help keep our team running smoothly by setting up and managing accounts and equipment, providing general technical support, improving how our documents are stored and accessed, and contributing to our evolving AI strategy. You may also support other internal systems and assist with reporting.
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work closely with our team and gain practical experience across business-critical tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
Set up and configure equipment for new hires (laptops, peripherals, access setup basics).
Create, manage, and maintain Microsoft accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365 users/access).
