Job Summary
* The Systems Officer is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and improvement of the company's computer hardware, software, and IT systems. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in support of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware & Infrastructure
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, network devices, and peripherals
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Monitor system performance and address hardware-related issues
Ensure proper documentation of hardware inventory and configurations
Software & Applications
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
