Summary The incumbent serves as a Systems and Procedures Analyst in the Payroll HR System Division (PHRSD), at the Financial Services Center (FSC) in Austin, Texas. The incumbent analyzes payroll, time and attendance, and HR systems; evaluates the impact of system changes; identifies trends or issues affecting payroll operations; and advises management and field stations by providing recommendations to support accurate and efficient payroll processing.
