Systems & Process Excellence Manager

Job description:
The role will be responsible for identifying and leading continuous improvement for systems and process projects within the Financial Shared Services function. The role has the mandate to drive process, system, policy, and data structure initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Takes control and responsibility for finance shared service process and systems excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Assists with the implementation of a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of process improvement initiatives
Identify and manage the collation as well as the assessment and prioritisation of potential improvement opportunities in line with the governance process
Co-ordinate the communication of service challenges, actions, improvement initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders
Develop strategies to ensure simple, standardised, efficient, and cost-effective processes are used for financial processing
