Systems Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy in-house systems to support business operations and meet customer requirements.
• Participate in system design aligned with shopfloor and business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, quality, and responsiveness, particularly for manufacturing systems (MES, warehouse, supply chain, shopfloor control).
• Follow coding standards and best practices, while mentoring junior team members to strengthen the DevOps team.
• Collaborate with Solutioning and SA teams to develop new functionalities, conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
• Assess project feasibility, provide realistic estimates, and update the IT project team on timelines.
• Maintain source code, IT manifest repository, and adhere to SDLC processes.
