**The Role**

As a Systems Programming IWS, you’ll be responsible for creating, scheduling, and monitoring jobs in Control-M, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring smooth batch process execution. Works with IT and operations teams to optimize workflows and maintain automation standards.

**Responsibilites:**

+ Create and configure jobs in IWS and Control-M, following team standards and guidelines.
+ Monitor job execution, identify failures, and report issues for resolution.
