What You’ll Do

You’ll lead a team of highly technical operators responsible for the systems, automation, and operational infrastructure that power Brex’s Operations organization at scale. This role sits at the center of some of Brex’s most critical functions — including Risk, Compliance, Payment Operations, Servicing, and Banking Operations — partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations leaders to solve complex business problems. This is both a strategic and hands‑on leadership role. You’ll define the long‑term vision for how Brex scales operationally while directly driving execution on high‑impact systems, workflows, and AI‑powered tooling. Your team will play a central role in transforming traditional operations into AI‑native organizations through intelligent automation, agentic workflows, decision infrastructure, and scalable internal platforms.
