Position Purpose The position of Systems Software Principal Engineer is within TTEC Digital Experience Innovation team.  Our team is responsible for projects that include the design, installation, configuration, development, testing and deployment of a wide range of contact center solutions.  Projects range from just a few weeks to several months or more.   Working within a project team lead by Project Managers and Solution Leads, our Systems Software Principal Engineer serve as key project team members and subject matter experts for new implementation, upgrade, and platform / cloud based solutions.
