**SYSTEMS / NETWORK ENGINEER (RDTE)**

Bowhead is seeking a Systems/Network Engineer in Dahlgren, VA. The Systems/Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining multiple computing environments by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance, and managing network configuration consistency. The Systems/Network Engineer will provide engineering, design, and implementation solutions for multiple network architectures.





**Responsibilities**

+ Must have a strong background in Network switching and TCP/IP protocol analysis.
+ This position requires strong communication skills and strong technical writing capability.
+ Implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, & other data networks.
+ Experience with network routers and switch configuration experience. Environment includes Artysen, Cisco, Mellanox and Asante switches.
