T 24 Senior Manager

. Analysing and detailing the project idea, assessing the project idea in terms of feasibility, cost-effective-ness, risks and success factors in consultation with Business and IT stakeholder
. Develop the project proposal with objectives, resources, milestones, schedule, costs, expenses and project structure
. Drive project proposal through demand governance process
. Set up appropriate project management processes, measure project performance and report status to senior stakeholders
. Initiate escalations to senior stakeholders if needed
. Develop detailed project plan and create work break down structure (subprojects, work packages, etc)
. Set up an appropriate project organization, including identification and management of stakeholders and team members
. Actively lead the team/squad in various project meetings i.e. SIT / UAT checkpoint calls, BRD walkthroughs, Solution Walkthroughs.
. Manage scope, time, budget, risks and issues on an operational level
