T-7A MTS EVM Project Controls Manager

The T-7A MTS EVM Project Controls Manager serves as the program’s lead for all project controls functions, responsible for the governance, execution, and compliance of cost, schedule, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities across the program. This role ensures full alignment with ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines and integrates cost, schedule, and technical performance to enable accurate forecasting, informed decision-making, and successful program execution.

This individual provides leadership across project controls disciplines, establishes and enforces standard processes, and ensures the integrity of the program baseline. The EVM Project Controls Manager partners closely with Program Management, Finance, Scheduling, and Operations leadership to drive performance visibility, manage risk, and maintain audit readiness.
