• Use Trello to plan, track, and monitor project progress, assign tasks, set priorities, and drive team accountability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• Proactively monitor project milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and adjust plans to maintain timely deliveries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or enhancements based on client needs, project scope, and long-term business value.
• Ensure clear documentation, scope control, and change management to prevent delays and scope creep.
