Working Conditions
Role: Sales via chat or voice for a telecommunications company
Salary: COP $2,850,000 (bi-weekly payments) + uncapped sales commissions.
Contract Type: Indefinite term
Work Schedule: 42 hours per week
Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (two days off). Training + Nesting
Training (10 days)
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Days off: Saturday & Sunday.
Nesting (10 days)
