T104 - Production Engineer x4 (Semicon/Shift Hours/East/MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage production processes in the semiconductor manufacturing area.
• Supervise and train a team of production operators on standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Ensure effective and efficient operations during shift hours to meet production targets.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules
• Maintain compliance with quality control standards and regulations.
• Document production processes and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
