T24-Business Analyst (SEC. & CA)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for Core Banking systems within the Private Banking domain to support strategic business objectives
• Design and recommend process improvements for new applications by leading Product Line Workshops (PLWs) and advising on best practices
• Apply expertise in Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds) and Corporate Actions to ensure accurate system support and product alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY) and optimize product functionality
• Manage and support system engineering activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
