As our Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, and helping to hire top talent for various positions across Luminous. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other Senior members of the Leadership team to understand recruitment needs and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
