TA Manager

The major areas of responsibility will be leading the recruitment teams in Argentina and Mexico and finding and hiring great engineers.

Responsibilities

• Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers;
• Tracking recruitment team productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
• Participating in creating/updating recruitment-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;
• Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, and availability of candidates on the market;
• Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
• Making sure that the team members follow all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements, and processes;
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
• Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
• Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
