Job Description

Typical Accountabilities
Manages teams supporting the oncology brand strategy, ensuring effective collaboration between the Field Medical Liaison Team, internal cross functional teams, and external stakeholders
Potentially oversees clinical trials and/or patient safety activities
Ensures that all work is complaint with AstraZeneca standards and external regulation
Maintains relationships with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders to develop a better understanding of their information needs and respond accordingly
Provides scientific consultancy to support key meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Oversees and delivers education workshops with the local community and medical groups as required
Essential
Bachelor’s Degree in life science, at least 5 years pharmaceutical industry working experience in medical affairs function
