This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ensuring Hubbell continues to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and ready to become an expert in all aspects of recruitment at Hubbell.

Work closely with recruiters in the US each day to address various requirements and inquiries.

Collaborate closely with the business to offer solutions and recommendations for resolving issues for the global enterprise.

Assess enhancements and the impacts to the global enterprise based on any various change to the ATS.
