The Job:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, technical, and commercial roles across multiple countries
Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify requirements, align expectations, and provide market insight
Execute proactive sourcing and assessment strategies, including passive talent engagement
Own the candidate journey from screening through offer and onboarding coordination
Operate within a process-driven recruitment framework, ensuring governance, documentation, and candidate experience
