Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations in the gaming studio to ensure all live games run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assign dealers and studio assistants to tables and break schedules while managing real-time staffing adjustments due to absences or peak activity.
• Monitor and tag late arrivals and absences in the roster; document staff attendance and infractions.
• Supervise grooming standards, appearance (makeup, hairstyle), and conduct of on-duty staff in accordance with company policies.
• Provide support, guidance, and coaching to new and existing employees to improve performance and professionalism.
• Evaluate staff performance and offer regular feedback to maintain service quality.
• Work closely with the Product team to brainstorm and develop new game themes or show concepts.
