Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tailings dam engineering. In-depth knowledge of tailings management principles and regulations. Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as Auto CAD, PLAXIS, and Geo Studio. Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering concepts and practices. Proven track record in designing, constructing, and maintaining tailings storage facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
