Takeoff engineer (quantity estimation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Takeoff Engineer responsible for performing quantity takeoffs from construction drawings using trade-specific plans, cost codes, and project documentation. The role involves identifying scope items, extracting accurate quantities, marking up drawings in the company platform, and ensuring proper classification of quantities based on construction trades and cost code structures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction estimation processes, and the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for quantity extraction.

Key Responsibilities: Quantity Takeoff Activities: Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
