GC Estimator (Civil / MEP, US Market)

We are expanding our team in Lahore to work on US-based construction projects and are looking for an experienced General Contracting Estimator.

Role: GC Estimator (Civil / MEP)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Office-based)

Market: US Construction

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for Civil and MEP trades.
• Develop cost estimates, analyze bids, and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Work with Plan swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST),and Excel.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Estimation experience (Civil or MEP).
• Strong knowledge of US construction standards & bidding practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior GC (General Contracting) experience preferred.
