Takeoff Specialist

Job Role:

• Create a detailed and technical Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the client's needs with respect to tile setting and other fit-out related works.
• Generates material take-off and converts it into a material schedule using an Excel sheet.
• Has basic knowledge of QB.
• Knowledgeable in construction fit-out components and assembly of tile setting and the like
• Can do cost estimate prior generated SOM and can do material cost research as per client requirements.
• Knowledge in computer-aided software such as AUTOCAD and BlueBeam/ Planswift.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
  and/or 
  Architecture
• Has experience in 
  quantity surveying and/or as take off specialist
  using 
  BlueBeam/Planswift.
• Has constrution background, particularly in doing fit out and other tasks such as tile setting
