About the Role:


As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive journey for candidates and hiring teams. From interview scheduling to onboarding, you’ll be the go-to person for coordination and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling & TA Support: Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and maintain accurate data in recruitment systems. Support TA Partners to ensure timely and efficient progression of candidates

  • Candidate Experience & Pre-Onboarding: Act as the primary contact for candidates from offer acceptance through onboarding—answer queries, collect documentation, and ensure a seamless introduction to the organisation
