Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Advisor provides expert advice and guidance on talent acquisition policies, practices, and procedures to the university community. The person is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for management, professional, and administrative positions, including both unionized and non‑unionized roles. The Advisor partners closely with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiations, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies, collective agreements, and applicable legislation. The Advisor leads and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
