Reporting to our Talent & Capability Manager, your role is to attract, source and hire world class talent to Cotton On Group NZ. As a key member of our People team, you will support the Cotton On Group strategy by effectively partnering with your hiring managers to fill positions with passionate and talented people. 

You will use your experience and enthusiasm for people to manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring process across Cotton On Group's 90+ NZ stores.
