Talent Acquisition Analyst

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst for our client. Below are the key details of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce analysis and gather all relevant data to develop insights into the annual workforce plan. Ensure availability of relevant reports to aid the establishment of the workforce plan.
Support the implementation of TAQA SSC Talent Acquisition plans and collaborate with HR team stakeholders and line managers to identify and respond to business needs from Talent Acquisition perspective to ensure robust delivery of Talent Acquisition.
Report early indications of potential Talent Acquisition or retention challenges based on daily operations and suggest remedial plans to ensure on-time fulfillment of talent requirements.
Execute the candidate sourcing process to ensure best source of candidates and support internal & external employee value proposition initiatives.
