Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment processes for different roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high-quality hires
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
