Responsibilities
Publish and promote available vacancies across diverse recruitment channels to attract professional talent.
Review resumes to verify compliance with position requirements and defined profiles.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability and alignment with hiring needs.
Coordinate technical and psychometric assessments relevant to each role.
Analyze psychometric test results and prepare interpretation reports.
Update tracking information and deliver weekly follow-up reports on active processes in the U.S. and Colombia.
