Job Description
The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Partner will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service across the organisation. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and appoint high‑calibre talent across clinical, commercial, operational and corporate functions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment to organisational values. The post holder will work in collaboration with the HR team and wider Talent Acquisition team in EMEA to feed into the Employer Value Proposition strategy, bringing to life our company values and mission of “helping Surgeons treat patients better ”.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent and Succession Planning
- Contribute to talent identification and succession planning activities.
- Maintain records of key talent and development needs.
- Support the UK HR Manager with career development conversations and planning.
