Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Analyst

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units utilizing multiple strategies including online databases, social media / job posting sites, Boolean keyword searching, to identify top talent for our organization. Sourcing Candidates

• Work with team of North America Recruiters and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, to understand the position specifications and identify all possible approaches to search and sourced for qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough search of candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Review individual candidate profiles in multiple websites and prepare shortlist of initial qualified candidates.
