Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to job offer and onboarding coordination.
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through referrals, job boards, social media, and networking activities.
