**Description**The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the company, providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with our Clients.The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of a leading edge full-cycle recruitment process, to include adopting best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.
**Educational and Work experience required**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Six years of full-time experience in Aerospace or Automotive Industry and/or Staffing and recruiting industry.Must have experience about how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.
