We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including high-volume hiring, while ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and HR policies. This role partners closely with business unit leaders to deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding documentation
• Ensure recruitment processes and documentation strictly adhere to SOPs and HR policies
• Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs and performance expectations
• Execute high-volume and mass hiring strategies using job portals, creative ads, referrals, and resume databases
