About the role
Citicore Power Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our San Juan City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to support the growth and success of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course;
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive and motivating work environment;
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications.
