We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant (TAA) to support our onshore Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS). You'll handle the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the recruiting and onboarding process running smoothly. This includes job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding new clinicians, managing documentation, and sending welcome communications. Your work ensures a seamless experience for clinicians from initial contact to their first day.
