What you'll do:

• Act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provide recruiting support by phone screening candidates covering the basic and preferred qualifications, capturing compensation expectations, reviewing, and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications and scheduling successful candidates to the next level of interview (if needed).
• Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements
• Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into SuccessFactors/Eightfold
