KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
• Onboarding new hires.
• Ensures timely and efficient hiring aligned with organizational goals and manpower needs.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions.
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
