JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating operational tasks related to talent acquisition. This role involves assisting in candidate sourcing, resume screening, test administration, interview scheduling, and maintaining applicant records.

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication with candidates and helping manage logistics throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through online channels and school partnerships.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews based on preset qualifications and shortlist candidates for further screening.
