Talent Acquisition Associate

SUMMARY: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment support. The role ensures that staffing

needs are met efficiently by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring

process. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a

fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with company and labor standards.

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal

portals).

• Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
