Job Summary: The HR Recruiter supports the Human Resource Department's processes by administering the recruitment process and procedures, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records, and information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates using different job platforms such as Jobstreet, Indeed, PhilJobNet, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Conducting the initial and final interviews of the applicants.
• Creation of Job Offer with the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
• Coordinating with the accredited medical clinic near the residential location.
• Conducts the onboarding process, induction, office tour, and welcoming.
• Attend Job Fairs and coordinates with PESO accreditations.
• Receives, validates, and ensures completeness of approved PRF (Personal Request Form) before the sourcing and job posting process.
