This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to evaluate top technical talent, and wants to make a direct impact on scaling high-performing teams. Youll lead full-cycle recruiting for consulting, data, and technical roles—owning everything from sourcing and interviewing to strategy and candidate experience.
