What We’re Looking For: Meltwater is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent for the Americas, you will own recruitment across the Mexico market, helping to attract top talent and drive the growth of our newly established office.

You’ll recruit across a variety of functions, including Product, Engineering, Global Services, IT, Accounting, and more, gaining exposure to diverse hiring needs and contributing directly to Meltwater’s growth and success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Mexico, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Partner with local and regional hiring leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
