Talent Acquisition Coordinator As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role will be crucial in helping a high‑performing team continue to deliver on our commitments. You will work closely with recruiters, leaders, and executives to respond to the business’s staffing needs.

If you do not have recruiting or HR experience, that is acceptable; we are looking for someone with strong administrative support experience who is interested in the HR/Recruiting field.

This is a 6‑month term with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

Utilize the Application Tracking System (ATS) to manage full cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and metric reporting

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and balance activities to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout

Create, review, and post jobs to various job boards and sites as necessary, send out for translation where necessary
