P o sition Purpose

The Recruiting Coordinator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all our candidates. This role will coordinate different processes behind recruitment and onboarding and strengthen relations with our Hiring Managers.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with scheduling, rescheduling, and following up on interviews

• Send offers in ATS and recruiting platforms such as Upwork

• Send onboarding instructions and launch background checks through vendor

• Send copy of the offer letters

• Create and send out weekly Recruiting Reports

• Notify Hiring Managers of new hires offer acceptance and hire dates
